We would like to be a fly on the wall at the next COAG meet when the subjects of Harmonised Retail Legislation and retail competition anti-trust Legislation are raised.

·         Flick passing Harmonised Retail Legislation Reform to the States is bogged down with very little progress – Grocery Choice and moves such as Frank Zumbo’s Blacktown Amendment are running sores for the Rudd government.

A more proactive stand by the ARA on Harmonised Four Pillars Tenancy Reform, Harmonised Retail Trading Hours and Awards and balanced fairness in retail space costs lifting the pressure on politicians on all sides to act.
